Agencies & Technology Partners
Your team can build it. Is the brief ready?
Bring senior discovery and product thinking behind your agency’s delivery. Clarify the client’s problem, examine the proposed solution and hand your team a better-framed decision.
Senior thinking behind the brief. The relationship stays with you.
Your client. Your relationship. A clearer brief.
A quick sense of fit
Does this sound familiar?
“The client wants a portal. The brief is vague.”
Understand the user process before treating requested screens as requirements.
“Engineering cannot estimate this yet.”
Make missing information and dependencies visible.
“We need another experienced view.”
Scope a review of the assumptions and trade-offs behind the proposal.
Fictional example / the reasoning in practice
Before estimating a portal, examine the work it should support.
Fictional example: a client requests dashboards and notifications to reduce repeated status enquiries.
A portal is the missing capability.
What must be understood before your team commits to delivery?
Who updates the underlying information, who needs it and which decision it supports.
A proportionate next moveThe agency receives the agreed framing and owns the client conversation, estimate and delivery decision.

One bounded decision set
Possible starting points, not a diagnosis or required sequence. Full scope, exclusions and indicative timing are on each service page. Applicable taxes and agreed third-party costs are additional where legally applicable.
An honest fit
The right next step may be a smaller one.
When this can help
Useful when your agency owns the client relationship, can provide the context and can agree a bounded brief. Client-facing participation is possible only where explicitly agreed.
Keep the responsibilities clear
No unlimited proposals, revisions, standing monthly capacity or guaranteed bid wins. Confidentiality, attribution, IP, client communication and handoff are agreed before work.
Before you decide
A few questions, answered directly.
Will our client know you are involved?
That is agreed before the assignment. Participation may be behind the scenes, or client-facing if the agency and relevant parties authorize it. Your agency owns the relationship unless the contract says otherwise.
What makes a project small or substantial?
The problem, linked decisions, evidence, expected work effort and handoff are classified at intake. Exact thresholds require written agreement; the labels do not create unlimited scope.
Can we buy ongoing monthly availability?
The published entry offer is priced by unit, not an automatic monthly subscription. Any separate ongoing arrangement needs an agreed scope, capacity and commercial terms.
Can you use our client’s files or logo in your portfolio?
Only where the relevant parties provide the necessary permission and agree the attribution. An agency assignment does not create automatic permission to publish client material or outcomes.
Start with the situation
Bring the brief. Keep the relationship.
Describe the assignment, what remains unclear and the contribution you need. Leave confidential client files out of the first enquiry.
Discuss an agency briefAn enquiry starts a conversation. A preferred call slot is confirmed only after availability is checked.
