All advice, recommendations, frameworks, and deliverables provided by Parikh Advisory are opinions and professional judgements based on Vikram Parikh’s experience and the information available at the time of the engagement. Clients are responsible for independently evaluating all advice and recommendations provided by Parikh Advisory before implementation. Parikh Advisory accepts no liability for outcomes arising from a client’s decision to implement or not implement any recommendation provided through an engagement.
The specific terms of any consultancy engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, and termination rights — will be set out in a separate written agreement for each engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the terms of a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement shall prevail.

In any event, Parikh Advisory’s maximum aggregate liability to any person in connection with this Website shall not exceed the amount paid by that person to Parikh Advisory in the three months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 (whichever is greater), unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Where a client is based in Singapore or another jurisdiction, the dispute resolution mechanism in the signed engagement agreement shall take precedence over this clause for matters relating to the consultancy engagement.
Parikh Advisory reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on this Website. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update. Continued use of this Website following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
